Facebook (Meta) being sued.
Has anyone found out that Facebook is being sued just recently by the state of Texas for its breach of privacy regarding its users in Texas. It’s mainly focused on how it’s breaching it due to its facial tracking feature that is not in the control of the user and provides no benefit other than to Facebook and is a breach of the privacy of its residents in Texas. The lawsuit is going to be for close to some billions and don’t really think they can pony up that amount that’s for sure. But wow that’s a huge amount for sure. Just curious what are your thoughts on this matter.?
